Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused items within 14 days of confirmed delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original components must be included

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

To begin a return, please contact us at support@brotherstrimm.com with your order number.

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or wear

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Due to the personal-use nature of our products, items that have been used cannot be resold and are not eligible for refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will promptly work with you to resolve the issue.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.


Delivery Confirmation

All orders ship with tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
